Title: Wire Harness left of the fuel filter???

Hello all,

Does anyone know what this wire harness above the Turbo left to the fuel filter on the firewall is for?  Is it important?  Thanks for any replys.

is this the 3 connectors the 2 green and one yellow are you talking about
