What's wrong with yours? I might be switching to a 16g this summer, if all goes well.

I think my turbo is on the brink of laying down on me.
I would like to have a back up just in case I need to  send mine in for a rebuild
I've noticed the psi are floating around 5 in full acceleration.
I just think it's time, the motor has about 18k on it.

I have a fresh Tbird bearing and compressor that will bolt up to your VJ14 turbine or I can supply the whole hybrid vj14/tbird turbo.
It is the turbo on the right.

Would I have to make any mods to my xr2 with this turbo?

Have you done anything to it from stock? This turbo is definetly an upgrade. To take advantage of it  some mods are a good idea. Open intake and exhaust and a Rocketchip would not hurt. If you are not up to that I might have a vj14 this weekend to let go.

No mods, all stock. I've been wanting to upgrade for a while.
How much are you selling the compressor for. And if I wanted the hybrid?

You really need a Rocketchip before you put this on. The stock ECU doesn't have proper fuel maps for this kind of power. So if you do nothing else, at least get one of those.

The Tbird is 400 shipped in the USA. This turbo just came out of the shop. Checked out great and was cleaned and rebalanced. I did just get my hands on a nice VJ14 that is in great shape. That one is 200.00 shipped in the US.

I would love to get my hands on that VJ14 sometime soon. Where are you in AZ, azgtx?

Not sure if you got my PM,, but I'm interested in the VJ11 or VJ14 route, since I already have a 2-1/2" exhaust system, but I don't want to lose my 30mpg daily economy. I figure that if I drill the waste gate some, I can run either one possibly, correct? I might have to hunt down a better intake setup and a bigger downpipe though.

Do you still have the vj11 hybrid or the vj14? If so, can you give me a price for either one shipped to 49401?

Let me know,
Ron
