Title: Wont pass emissions

So went to take my caqr thry emissions and it failed. Here are the things it failed; The HC was at 663 ppm and is supose to be 220ppm and the the co was 11.6961 and is supose to be 1. Any body have any ideas what might help it pass?

Sounds like you need a new catalytic converter
