Title: Brake Rotors
Post by: svrider44224 on March 31, 2010, 09:47:00 AM
Hey, I ordered a set of rotors from www.emilperformance.com (http://www.emilperformance.com)
They sent the wrong parts, took 1 phone call from me and then disappeared, figuratively of course.
Anybody have any experience withthis org?

Nope never dealt with them.

Curious as to what parts they sent you - wrong size? I know some N/A's got XR2 brakes there seems to be no pattern to go by to determine which got what, not sure if thats relevant though

yeah i notice that too i went to my parts store to get replacement rotors for my 1991 N/A capri and when i got them they were like an inch smaller than the ones it had. so then i bought the XR2 rotors and they were the exact fit its weird they must of done that for better braking force. so in your case if the rotor u bought were smaller then u need to buy the XR2 rotors

MY bad...shoulda included..
The rear appear to be correct.
They shipped their part number 3148, and correct part number was 3146.
I can see this as a very simple mistake...
The wrong rotors have a 95.25mm bolt circle. and they are quite small.
