HVAC actuator

Anybody familiar with the Temperature and Blend control assembly that is mounted on the left side of the HVAC box in the dash?  The arms on mine are broken, and I am afraid they will be very difficult to find, but figure Russ, Rocket or someone else may be able to help.  I have it rigged so I can get what I need, but would rather fix it correctly.

Which part is broken? The control in the dash, or the arms on the blend boxes themselves?

The dash section can be replaced, its a lot of work but can be done. The boxes under the dash are a lot more involved.

Sorry, I should have been more specific.  

The white plastic arms mounted on the side of the blend box next to the driver's right foot are what is broken.  The dash controls all look good and the cables appear to move as advertised.
