I have an OBC II OTC (i think) computer monitor, but I don't know where to plug it into. On my Dad's 95 Buick Riviera and my friend's 96 Pontiac Firbird, the plug is located right under the steering wheel. Where is it located on the Capri? I got a 91 N/A btw. Thanks.

Capri is Mazda MECS system, not OBD II. Your device won't work.

The computer says OTC on it while the cable says OBD II. OBD II is just the connector i think. I have a whole box full of different cables for this OTC computer. I just need to know where to plug them into.
