the horn sounds like a relay and if the fan just quit pull off the temp wire.. its on the goose neck and see if the fan comes on?? if not look at fuses or the fan relay  this first thing i would do is hot wire the fan from the battier to see if its the fan or something else

Instead of pulling the wire at the sensor

just jumper it..there is a post on here somewhere that has a pic of it..

i did it on my car and it runs the fan all the time

I live in Phoenix so no Burr.....

you relay can still go bad...same results you have now..not working..

do it like this and the only failure you can have is the fan itself..LOL

I've got a "horn click/clunk" issue too.  No tone, just an audible click when the horn button is pressed.  How do you find/fix the relay?

The horn relay sits behind the driver's side headlamp right beside the fan relay. If it's original it has horn relay marked on it. It sits on a 45° angle at about the inside corner of the headlamp.

The horn is powered by the 15 amp stoplamp fuse. If it's clicking it sounds like you have power. Check the ground wire to it. The relay itself could be bad. It could be energizing and the contact to pass the hot on is wore. You can get inside the relay by pushing back the two tits, one on each side. A piece of sandpaper does wonders to worn or pitted contacts. You'll see what I'm saying if you dissect it. Make sure you seal it back with some silicone to make it water tight.

Thanks Mitch!  Spot - on diagnosis and suggested fix.  Swapped out the horn relay and I am back in business!  Easy fix.  Thx!
