The shop got my Capri running but I can't afford what they want to charge to fix the brakes, so sadly, I have to cut my losses...

I honestly don't know.  I have not looked, and I wouldn't know how to judge it as compared to any other Capri that's been sitting outside for 10+ years, given that I'm not a mechanic...
