Almost all have the crack...I will have someone make a tubular manifold once i get around to taking the turbo/minifold off my spare capri. the guy that did my Upper IC pipe said he would make one for me and would be willing to make more no problems. i need to get the 94 parts car out of my garage first. in process of tearing everything off it to scrap the shell

as far as photos. there are many sites you can use to host them. i use photobucket. just set up an account and go from there pretty simple

I found a exhaust manifold, and ordered it and a gasket set.

Man, I should have bought a boat!

Ghost-let me know when your boy makes the new ones.

4 days till lift off! (hopefully)

Thanks

hey guys,

the guy with the head said it was out of a mazda protoge' year 2000, with a 1.6 double overhad cams, sent me some pictures of it, all nicely rebuilt and he wants $300 for it. Will it fit?

A lot of manifolds are cracked but do not leak

Kelly, I dont think the head from the protege will work, I think the later models were different.

$300 for a head is pretty expensive anyways

could someone direct me to a place to buy an oil pump, if it turns out I need one.
A high flow one would be good.
Thanks

Hey Kelly! Last I checked, high flow pump is only available for small nose crank.  Gus

yeah gus, I been looking and the only high flow is for a short shank, and I remembered what you said about the motor, where is a good place for just a regular stock one? I changed out the lifters and it really quieted down the motor. thanks for the craiglist lead, I made an attempt to contact him, we will see if he gets back ahold of me, and would be willing to ship it!
Rocketman-if your reading this contact me, thanks.

correction, thank you ghost! Also got my blowoff valve in the mail today, no instructions though!
I'll figure her out, I'm sure.
One step closer to the boost.
No pictures yet of the brakes, the car is still in my buds garage waiting for parts.

Rocketman is away for the weekend - he may be able to log on, but I don't know for sure.
Just a heads up!
