My first Cold Air Intake

Here it is...

It's not the best, but it works!! I want to relocate the coolant tank and go that way with the filter, but that is for another day.

Technically not a cold air intake, still a mass air intake. You need to go outside or below the engine bay for cold air. Nice job on the piping, I see you ditched the stock bend there, work on deleting or replacing that j-pipe next! That will make the most difference.

I know, I know. Not technically a CAI.

I was going to eliminate the J Pipe, but couldn't find a small enough reducer at the parts store. May go with the sewer pipe idea for that or get something online. Then I think I'll take it down below the engine.

Just with what I have, though seemed to make a pretty big difference. I was also able to get to those grounds under the airbox and clean those up real good. No more stuttering as far as I can tell so far.

All in all, not a bad couple hours work!

OK, so now that I have done the intake, my cruise control has stopped working. Any ideas?

Check to make sure the cable isn't kinked from the servo box, and that the servo box is still connected
