Check this out, it should work for you. Of course, ignore the first few pics if you aren't in an "emergency" situation.
Hope this helps!

i recently lost the nut for my stationary shift rod and im having a hard time finding a new one that will fit.
can anyone tell me what size and of nut it is exactly?
-
Not sure of the exact size - but is is for sure metric. The hardware store should have what you need.

thanks rocketman ill try again today i tried a few metric ones yesterday and none of them fit. i found one the right size but the threading wasnt right.

Back when I had one of these... once I was out of town and my mom was driving my car. Shifter dropped, and they paid over $600 to get it fixed. My dad nearly had a heart attack when I told him how to do it for free.
