Hi, i need your help regarding both lifters in the trunk. The shipping and customs costs from overseas to Germany are higher then the parts itself.

Are any cylinders, maybe from other cars fit?

From my old BMW e36 convertible the top cover lifts nearly fits, only the force is to low. Its a Stabilus.

Does anbody knows sources in Germany or compatible lifters?

In the US, there are gereric lists that show lengths and lift power, you might try that.

I try Stabilus (German company), use the number mentioned from several parts shops, and nothing. Unknown number...

In the US, some parts stores can cross reference the info you have to obtain a new part.
