Please advise the back up plans (for rainy weather).  If it is raining.....are we still meeting at the drag strip even though there will be no racing?    I was watching the weather and they are calling for rain on Sunday (at least here in Northern/Central Indiana).

I just looked at the weekend weather for this area.  They are predicition thunder storms.  Figures.  Back up plans are just to meet at the Pizza Hut in Freeport around 2PM.  At least there we can be inside and not out in the rain.
My luck and the planning and now it looks like rain.
The drag stip will not let cars in if they are not racing.  Once again take my number and call if you are concerned I in turn and going to call the drag strip and get some advice.

Shirley - just to verify that I'm on my way - no more bungee cords and new valve cover gasket and all!!

I paid through PayPal, too - I believe I included the lunch - will take care of whatever when the time comes.

Waiting to see everyone - driving down tomorrow - will try to go topless all the way - just keep moving through the rain!

Well we are heading out (leaving within the hour).   We will see everyone shortly, rain or shine (lets pray for the shine).

Theres a 50% chance of rain all day. Scattered storms. Which means 50% chance i'll be there. I shall look at the radar around 6 am, and post here my and my passanger's decision. If i do end up going, i can let people borrow my robketchip for testing. All ya gotta do is remove the kick panel on the passanger side so we can plug it in.

according to this radar map... the thunderstorm system will be immediately north of the strip, but it'll be a close one. if its still like this in the morning i should be there around 9ish
