I replaced the bearing in mine, used a torque wrench and selection of spacers to set the preload and even with the correct pre-load, the hub still moves a little. Took it apart and found the race is loose in the spindle and there is a lip inside the knuckle where the race sits. Maybe it got hit and the race was imprinted into the casting?? May explain why some who have their bearings replaced have one burn out quickly? Anyways, I need a good knuckle to get mine back on the road! Write me at pcfree50 at gmail dot com. Thanx!
