Anyone know which fuse is the gauge cluster fuse?

All the fuses are are good, it may just be the dimmer switch is bad.  Ordered one earlier.

If it isn't the dimmer switch, and the fuses are all good, I would try the headlight switch next........

yep, headlight switch.
if your main front beams light-up flip the swith back down one notch and see if the cluster lights-up.
remember, if you have no cluster lights, you have no tail lights..

Changed the headlight switch, and still no gauge lights.

Any idea how many bulbs are used to light up the gauge cluster?

First, make sure you have tail lights while your headlights are powered on.. to make sure you're not chasing a goose.

There is a Panel Lamp Control Module, sits behind the gauge cluster, the dimmer connects directly to it.  Supplies voltage to all the gauge lights, might be bad.
