I am encountering a loud roaring noise at high interstate speeds.  Any idea's?

I have a problem where there is space between the windshield seal and the doors, air gets in and makes a roaring sound. Other than that I dont know...

My guess would be tires if it's a roaring noise.  I've heard quite a few loud tires before

my door is crooked too! i slit some vacuum line and put it on the edge of the glass to help out some
