Please let me know if you are contributing extra to this years gathering so your name can be added to the t-shirt.  If you are contributing money or B.O.C. items let me know.  Russ, Matt, Shirley, Mark & Thea, George and Rick & Cheryl you have been already added.

If you have any ideas for activities PLEASE let me know.  This is your gathering, it will only be as good as you make it.

It was encouraged that everyone in attendance brings an item to donate, some of it was junk (but that's part of the fun!), other was really nice aftermarket or rare OEM parts

The parts were raffled, as was a small chunk of the cash generated from selling tickets

They had enough left over to pay for the pavilion rental + donate nearly $200 to a forum member in need

OK Matt, you are in charge of that.  See how easy that was?  Anyone else have ideas, bring them on.

Gang,

If you do a raffle and you want it to be legal, you may need a permit.  Bob, you should probably check on what the policy is in the City.

I know that when my local Blues Club had a 50/50 drawing, they had to register as well.  We don't want Matt doing time in Freeport, though I'm sure their motor pool would benefit from his community service!
