Well, its enough to pass inspection. I replaced the header panel, the bumper cover, and the driverside fender. I'll have it painted soon so its not too gaudy.

how did you replace the header panel?

I ground off the old one, and left enough flash on the new one to overlap in a few places. I was able to bolt it up to the front fenders, and the support under the panel. I put self-tapping screws in the part where it is welded to the frame by the radiator. Its a good days work, and I dont think it's possible to return it to like-new condition becuase its all welded up, but its better than a destroyed one. The header panel I got from my parts car was already bent up just a bit, but its better than what I had.
