do you recall which fuse was replaced?
also,  can you hear the fan when you turn it on high?

I checked the owners guide and I replaced the cigar fuse, and No the fan doesn't kick on at all.

Double check the fuses. Try applying power directly to the fan connector & see what happens. If it works there very carefully pull down the resistor pack and inspect the elements, it may have burned out.

The switch can go as well but it's unusual that it would fail on all the settings

hi Denver Capri

there is also a heater breaker / reset switch next to the fuse box. if it has popped out press it back in. if it trips again when you turn the key, check for a short to ground.

if you search this site for word: 'heater a/c blower motor' under forum: 'capri n/a 89-94, 323 86-89' you'll see the resistor pack Rocketman  is talking about.

good luck

Hey guys sorry it took so long to post my findings for the heater problem. I finally troubled shooted it about 3-4 weeks ago, well after 3 failed weekend attempts i was finally able to limit it down to a bad heater fan motor. A $125 later everything is running again.

OUCH...$125

Ask around next time first...You can get a used one much cheaper here.
