Was coming home last night from my dads, where I replaced the water pump. Its a 25 mile drive and I have about 3 miles left when it just dies... no sputtering or anything just done, as if I just turned the key off and let the engine coast down.
So Im sitting on the side of US20 at midnight with semi trucks flying by. Got my dad to come out and tow it home.
It appears to have spark.
Cam timing doesnt appear to have jumped but Im resetting it anyway just to be sure.
I got a lot of stuff wet when flushing out the cooling system and I suspected the main relay. I pulled it apart and it had nasty water in it, so I cleaned it and lubed it up with silicone spray. It appears to be functioning normally.
I also jumpered the fuel pump on to make sure that wasnt the problem.
At this point it seems like the injectors arent firing? Theres air, and spark. I need to get some starting fluid just to make sure... if it will run on that it has to be a fueling issue.
