Title: More Parts that interchange.
Post by: Wirebrain on May 20, 2007, 09:23:00 AM
Since I bought my first Capri earlier this year I have found the following Parts off a 1990 Ford Festiva can be used on a 1991 Capri:
Inside door latch handles, color is lighter though
Dome light switches for the doors.
Ignition coil off fuel injected models.

Excellent.

I think the outside door pulls from a Mazda Protege are identical as well, but they are painted body color. They work on a 323, and the 323 handles appear to work as well.

Somebody wanna try it?

Someone was saying on the 323 board that they have lighted door pulls/locks. If the door is locked and you walk up and pull the handle, the lock is illuminated. Apparently a special feature on some of the 323s. I want that for my car.  (http://smile.gif)
