what is a good resonable priced BOV i can purchase for my XR2.I'm tired of carting around that moo,moo under my hood.getting really anoying

Generic knockoffs of real BOV's seem to work pretty well. TurboXS RFL, Greddy type RS, HKS's SSQV, ect. I recommend the SSQV I am running a knockoff right now and it works very well.
