I seem to be having slight spongey feeling when braking. We thought it could be the master cylinder, however, a gentleman at an auto parts store mentioned that it could also be a power brake booster.
My dilemma is this: We checked at a few junkyards in the area (to avoid the high costs for new parts) and though we couldn't find Capri cylinders or boosters, we found them for 1991 - 1993 Miatas (non ABS) as well as the power brake booster for a 1989 323 2wd n/a.
Now, would either of these cars work for the brake cylinder or booster? I know they're rather interchangeable for many things, but there's not even one mention of a power brake booster on this forum and I might as well ask about the cylinder here as well.
Thanks guys. You guys always help out quite a bit.

check NAPA - reasonable price and you can generally bank on it working.
