Main relay testing

Not getting fuel to the cylinders. Fuel pump working fine. Searched the forum and read to check the relay. What is the best way to check the relay? I found new and used relay on eBay. I want to check before I spend money on one.

My first one had that problem when I got it. Turned out to be a broken wire in the harness under the battery, simple fix.
