yesterday i got my Car painted back.
The original color was black, like the hardtop.

Very ugly, isnīt it?

looks sharp, I like the contrast. Is that orange and black, like harley colors? I am looking at painting mine when taxes come back. Eithter that or owering it and getting wheels and tires. Big expense either way, for something that will only have moetary value to me. IE: never getting either back in a selling price! Sigh... maybe I'll get some new tattos.

Very nice.    I'd like to see everyone paint their cars in a non-standard colors.

Just a note for those of you who repaint -

I just got a Le Bra for my newly-painted XR2.  The instructions say they don't recommend using it on a car that has been repainted.

Just thought you might want to know.

they don breath good and are really terrible for the car. dirt and things get under it and make things worse. they are good for road trips. thats what i use to use mine for back in the day. when ever i traveled i put it on so all the bug splatters and rocks would protect it. but no way is it for everyday use

Hi,
sorry for my bad english, thx for the friendly comments. The color is orange metallic applied in 4 layers. Hard work for the painters and not cheap, but i love it. Itīs a great effect in the sun.
NOw i need new tires and rims, rebuilt the exhaust complete 2,25" including new down-pipe, an maybe the rocketchip (if i can get the chip with socket only), boost controller, new seatcovers, etc.

much work you see :)
