Factory is a narrow band, I highly reccomend dropping the 200-300 and upgrade to a wide band with logging, narrow band simulation and a display.

Most OEM O2 sensors are narrowband. They're junk for trying to determine accurate A/F readings. They'll tell you rich or lean but not how much, and not fast enough. Thats all the stock ECU needs for closed loop operation in cruising conditions.

WBO2 is aftermarket...you'll need a kit. There are many to choose from. It'll tell you EXACTLY what AFR you're running. These sensors are pretty expensive, and usually require a driver module for the sensor heater and gauge. I have a PLX SM-AFR.

Heres a basic explanation: http://www.autometer.com/tech_faq_answer.aspx?sid=1&qid=48
