Question about fluid levels

Im looking to do some fluid changeouts on my automatic 91 capri. I cant find a reliable source that clearly says how much fluid this car takes (oil, powersteering and tranny). Does anybody know how much of each this car needs? Note I am not doing a full flush of the transmission fluid, just removing the drip pan and emptying the reservoir, which I believe is only a half change). Here are the fluids I plan to use:

Transmission: mercon/dex atf (O'Reilly brand)
Engine: 10W30 synthetic oil
Power Steering: ???

Edit: I think I know the amounts after talking with an O'Reilly rep. Engine oil is about 3.5 quarts, tranny oil is a little over 6 qt I believe...

Engine oil is going to be closer to 4.5qts if I remember.
I've never serviced an automatic so I can't speak for that. 6qts sounds about right in general, though.
Power steering should be regular power steering fluid.
