You're throwing a lot of terms around here.
We have an internal wastegate. Port it if you ever have the turbo off.
A naturally aspirated car uses a header, and can help improve power. We have a turbo, there's no need to upgrade it unless you're going to a larger turbo & want a custom piece. Even then, there's very few benefits to be had unless you're pushing 250+hp. Very few aftermarket options for turbo manifolds on our engines.
Search around here regarding intercoolers. You'll have to piece together your own kit, there's a few threads here that detail the necessary components.
Same with the BOV - quick recommendation would be a Greddy type RS clone or an HKS SSQV clone.
