I am willing to bet you wont need to do anything and camber wont be an issue. My Talon was lowered 3 and 4 with no issues. Escort was 5 on all four corners with minimal camber. You would have to tuck 14 inch wheel to get any camber out of most cars

When I put lowering springs on my Capri I didn't have any excessive camber.

ok good, i dont know much about lowering cars, im all about gettin as high as i can with trucks. And i plan on staying with stock rim/tire size. I dont want to be replacing ball joints, wheel bearings, and brakes every year.

You'll only start to have problems if you run a 17 or 18" wheel (or one with a high offset), your bearings will start to burn up

You *might* have to adjust the toe w/ lowering springs.

Get proper lowering springs or coilovers. Do not cut your springs.

Before you consider any mods, please read the forums and use common sense.  Our cars use an identical suspension to a 1988 and some odd year up 323.

 http://www.raceinspired.com/p-15202-ksport-gt-pro-coilover-damper-kit-mazda-323-2wd-1988-1994.aspx

These should work as coilovers.  And cut springs are fine until you use them as coil overs, by thrashing it in corners.  Cut springs react worse then factory springs, and don't apply the proper pressure on the strut.  Not to mention they are technically illegal on street cars if they're inspected at a reputable repair shop.

RC, I think he's going for cheap here, not $1300 cheap. I'm also fairly positive that KSPORT only makes products for the BG chassis 323 (90-94 here in the states) which WILL NOT work on the BF chassis Capri. (one of the GTX guys had them make a custom set for the BF to the tune of $2,000 - but the GTX rear struts are very different from Capri rear struts)

H&R makes a set of lowering springs. They're around $200. The ride quality is similar to stock with these.

"Ground Control" makes a set of coilover sleeves & springs for the BF chassis 323 that does work on the Capri. It's around $400. The ride quality is pretty good on these.

I have a set of Honda Civic coilover sleeves & springs on half of my Capri, they can work on all 4 corners. I paid $60 shipped via eBay, ideally though you will need custom 5" springs up front as the 8" that comes with the cheap kits are too long and will only let you lower it to stock ride height. The ride quality is terrible, though.

Cutting coils off springs increases their spring strength.  Cut springs are fine if you have the shock damping to match.

Considering you have shocks to match, one coil may be okay on the track, but if you cut two off, the car just isn't heavy enough for that kind of spring rate.

Cut sprigs will not sit on the perch correctly
