Oops but i forgot to mention in order to do the N/A to XR2 the stock B6 aswell as clutch has to be used on the B6T Engine to make the swap work

Hey Roger! You didn't change the transaxle! Don't bother pumping up the motor. The clutch definately won't hold up, slip monster. And you may break the axles. The transmission is also different geared, its lower than a turbo tranny. With a turbo tranny you hit 135-140mph at redline.  Gus

Never had any of those problems Gus, the stock B6 flywheel and all bolted up fine and held up great and i've got a heavy foot! Maybe once you start doubling up on HP i'd understand why the stock smaller NA tranny and other components wouldn't hold up. -Roger

Roger,

Gus is right about the clutch & tranny. They might be holding up fine now if you dont abuse them.

Historically the F-Type tranny has not held up long to even a stock B6T. Theres been a lot of people who swap into Festivas using that clutch and tranny and they just dont hold up.

But hey, take it easy on it, and it might not give you any problems!
