Just wanted to give a heads up to everyone about a very poor seller on eBay, currently selling Capri parts. The guys name is Mark Northup, and his eBay user name is "bluecollardetailingenterprises". I purchased a 94 light switch, and it arrived broken. Here are the copies of the emails we have sent back and forth:
ME: Hello-
I received the switch last week, and finally opened it today. The switch is broken, as the spring in the button is either broken or missing. How do I return this for a refund, including shipping both ways?
HIM: it was sold as-is, but send it back and I will reimburse shipping
ME: I understand the "as is", however, it is broken, and that was not in the description. Please send me your shipping address, and it'll go out in Monday's mail.
HIM: should have asked, thats why you got it so cheap

ME: You know what, nevermind. I'll take it up with eBay and leave you a negative. Nice attitude you have
HIM: go ahead
ME: Thank you I will
HIM: guess your a alpha male and cant take any kind of constructive criticism
I dont care about the feedback return the item and i will still refund your money, not personal just business
ME:Constructive criticism? I should have asked you if the part was good/not broken
before I bid on it? When someone sells a part on eBay, 99.9999999% will assume the part is good,
unless described otherwise. I should not have had to ask whether or not the part was good. If you knew it was bad you shouldn't have listed it. Giving me an attitude for your failures as a seller is not my fault. That is personal. And that is a pretty shitty way to run a business. I
will return the part, and I
will expect an immediate refund of the cost for the part, shipping to me, and return shipping to you. It will go out Monday.

So, what do you guys think? Am I wrong because I didn't ask if the part was good or not? By the way, the listing number is #390186171320, or
