Indeed, there's always hope!
If you are lucky you simply blew a bunch of fuses and relays, easy and cheap enough relative to the next level of possibilities. We hope they did the job, so as to stave off worse.
Next set of possibles...the ECU, alternator, etcetera...
Third set of possibles...all of the above in some combination of traumas.
If there was no smoke or burned odors maybe you got lucky and it's just fuses and relays. Electricity, like water, flows the path of least resistance so it's hard to know what's burned without a lot of sorting. Based on my experience in isolating a short, it took hours of patience.
I'd start with fuses and relays and a circuit tester.
