Personally, I'd say fix what ABSOLUTELY needs to be fixed to keep it driving safe.
Drive it till it breaks. Fix it. Give the car some love by driving it. Radiator aside, it doesn't sound like there are any major issues keeping it off the road.
Then decide if you want to any major overhaul, or find a lower-mile minty job
If you tear right into it and get going: things take time, the costs add up, and you may end up scowling at the money pit parked in your driveway. Motivation dwindles, and you sell it for a song. Don't do that!
