All season tires for stock 92 xr2

I need to replace my 15" tires on my 1992 xr2 with stock rims.  I am in SE Michigan and I do drive my Capri all year.  Does anyone have any suggestions for a good all season tire?  Also, I need a center cap for the standard 3 spoke rim if anyone has an extra. Midcounty has one but it is more than the rim.

Well, I went to Discount Tire and decided on the Falken Ziex ZE-512.  So far they have been good in the snow, although I suspect any new tire would be.  I hope they hold up well as the reviews of the Falken brand were all across the board.  I wish I didn't have to drive this car in the winter as there is a good selection of preformance tires.  BTW, if any one has a center cap for the stock 3 spoke wheel, plz let me know.

glad  here in phoenix i get to run summers all year round, when i was in japan i always had spare sets sitting in the garage to swap out when the snow hit.
