Title: 91 tranny issue

I recently replaced the auto tranny with a used one. Now, the car runs great except it shifts very hard from first to second. Any ideas?

oil  is low
when i changed  flued in  tranny   i putted flued  on stoped car car and  i was on MAX but afthr few days i checked on running car and there was less than low
and  from 1th to 2th it was shrifting like  with out  clutch
with a vibration i added oil and car still runs strong

CHECK TRANY FLUED  ON RUNNING CAR
