Title: Best glue to fix vinyl top

What is the best type of glue to use for the vinyl soft top?  A flap that covers the steel cable has come undone right above the driver side window and I'd like to glue it back into position.  Is it a super strong adhesive or something more common?

I used that DAP rubber cement with good results. Wal-Mart carries a small and large brown jar. Its on the back wall near the paint. Somewhere between there automotive. :)

I bought my top at topsonline and I asked them the same question. They use and recommend the DAP.

That HF66, 56? every one sells in the green/white can they said is crap.
