Brakes

(1/1)

svrider44224:
Getting ready to do my brakes..they are feeling a bit spongy.
Any thoughts on do's and don'ts?
Any pads I should avoid?
I'd like to replace my hoses with Goodridge(or similar)lines..Anyone ever attempt this???
I use these on my sport bikes and they really provide good feedback and grip...
I think that's all for now...

Yuri:
good luck getting the rotors off

yen:
What do you planning to do?
I'd just try flushing the system with new fluid and as you said, new pads.

rcicustoms:
ive been running goodridge SS brake lines for about a year and a half, and there prolly the best thing ive done to my car besides the mitsubishi turbo swap... they are very confidence boosting, and will have you drivin your capri much harder, into turns and on the highway just cuase you can......

totally eliminates the spongy feel... i did Cross drilled and slotted rotors too and ebc pads and am very happy with the confidence gained..

rcicustoms:
heres the pic of the ss lines in the back...
