Will an N/A intake work on a turbo engine?

My buddy purchased a complete XR2, minus the engine, he then purchased an engine from the junk yard that is missing the intake. I have a N/A intake from a 92. I am assuming the injectors are the only difference, Am i assuming correctly? Or should he start searching for another intake?

The intake manifolds are the same (minus the "turbo" printed on top), the fuel injectors are larger though, you will need those.
