Wipers come on with HeadLights

Here's one for you, when the headlights are on the wipers come on also. I have replaced the wiper switch and also the Headlight switch. The wipers only come on with the headlights, not the parking lights, nor do the wipers come on when the Headlight lift switch is activated. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

..Ok..found the problem, there is a four wire(ground wires) block directly behind the right headlight that feeds into one main ground wire..I cleaned up the main ground wire and the 4 smaller ground wires, now my wipers don't come on with the headlites...obviously one or more of the wires weren't grounding out causing the system to feed off of other grounds..
