I know exactly the feeling...I ahven't driven her for 3 weeks and haven't been on boost for a month and a half. I've just spent the last week working on her and still ahven't had the chance to drive her...it's mind-numbing. What boost controller and STB did you end up with?

Hey Josh! Have you got her boosting at 10lbs now? How does she feel? Just a few lbs should make a big difference in feel. When you go chipping, don't forget have your AFR gauge already installed. Afterwards you'll realy be going for a ride. Gus.

Hey Josh! Most likely an adjustment, this is where porting the waste gate opening in the manifold also comes into effect. I would strongly consider it. Gus

The wastegate opening, port, whatever is a part of the turbo on car with integral wastegates, the manifold has nothing to do with it.

Wastegate port is in the turbine housing.
underneath the little flapper door here:
Carefully grind it out, make sure the door still covers the port and leave some overlap. Dont need it leaking.

Go junkyarding, Capris, and 323 turbos are all the same thing. ther's some sort of site somewhere that lets you search the local yards for whatever cars they have available, anyone know the url?
