Title: XR 2 engine rebuild

Hey to all, just wanted to let you all know I took my 91 XR2 on its first freeway trip tonight after rebuilding. Damm I've missed the way it feels,I own a 2500 Chevy 4x4 and to all who know it takes all of the road but anyway its running pretty good except for some ( surging )in 2nd and 3rd gear any ideas? Also I want to thank all for the advice while working on my little red Beauty.

Hey 4100! Congrats on gettin her back on the road. Yessireebob, it is a big dif going from the former to the present. Drive her around a little more to see if she clears up. Maybe some bad gas needs to clear up.  Gus.
