Wow! I'm not sure what all of you have done so far, but it seemed to have worked! I received this email tonight:
sorry i have been a dick. the truth is a had some money issues and then the money was spend before i got the chance to send it. i still have the turbo. you will have a tracking number today. thats a promise. you should be a detective haha. my greatest apologies to you sir.
Although taken with a grain of salt, I responded with this:
To be honest, I don't really want to get the cops involved. I understand money issues. If you would have let me know there was a problem I wouldn't have had a problem with it. I will hold off until I receive it. If it checks out OK, I will still leave you positive feedback, even. Just remember, communication is the key.
He then sent me his phone number, and I had a good conversation with him. I'm giving him until next Monday to ensure this turbo is my hands, and it checks out good. After the 19th, if I don't have it, then the Police are involved.
