timing numbers

ok so i was trying to correct my timing on my n/a capri and i was just wondering about the timing numbers, it has marks between 10 and T. are the small marks going by 2 degrees each one??

heres a pic of what im talking about and were i left my mark

You want to be up higher, I think the number is 12 on NA capri's.

T is top dead center, then there's 10 and 20.

Incorrect. Timing on an N/A is 2° BTDC

XR2 is 12° BTDC.

FSM states a tolerance of ±2° - so you are okay at the 4° you have there.
