do the mazda 323 and capri use the same oil pan? because I need to replace mine and the 323's is a hell of a lot cheaper. my capri is a 1993 if that makes a difference lol

Hey Hunta! Is your Capri turbo-charged? If not then the pan off of a 323 with DOHC should fit. They all will fit as the blocks are all the same, it's just whether the pan clears the steering.  Gus

how big of a hole? they got that steel patch you can get at all the autostores hell even walmart. you just kneed it until it gets warm then put it where you need it. i used it to patch up my drift key on my 280 and also use it instead of bondo. works great and sets fast. would not hurt to give it a try if you do not find one

Hey Hunta! I didn't hear a reply as to whether your car is turbo? I do have a cast alum pan for a turbo thats cherry and will throw the pick-up assembly.  Gus.
