Cabin Filter?
«

When I turn on my vents this crumbly foam junk shoots out. Is there a cabin filter in these cars? If so, do they fall apart? Any info on my problem is appreciated.

No cabin filter. They started using them on some cars in 97 and are pretty standard on any newer vehicle.
The foam is from the seals between the blend or fresh air doors
