just turned 100K. no head or down pipe, otherwise all there. Car is in real good shape.have repair bills, oil changes. good tires, top interior. I bought this with a blown head gasket. and now have gave up. i will try to post pics later today. I need to roll it out of the garage. The car smoked bad when i got it. i drove it homem maybe half mile or so. clean Michigan title. looking for best offers around $1300. I just dont have the time or paitence to complete.

Not to sound like a dick, but I wouldn't pay more than $300 for it, as described. There are many running XR2s on Craiglist for under $1200.

I'd say $600 if it's "drivable".  I have not found ANY xr2's in good shape go for less then $1500.  Non-runners ask $1000 and up just on the rarity of the car.  If everything is as described, the engine isn't really as valuable as the sum of parts in the car, and someone could stand to make over $1000 easily in parts off these without even selling the engine.

No pics....No sale, Russ is dead on.....So many running ones for 1200. Rest of the car would have to be perfect to fetch anything close to or over $500

Bought my 91 xr2 with 65000 miles rebuilt for 1000 all receipts included just need to fix some small dents and repainting it, seems a bit much for wat your asking not drivable , not wanting to sound like a dick, but I've seen these cars on craigslist in my area for 1000 running
